FedEx- We use FedEx Ground for business deliveries and FedEx Home Delivery for residence deliveries.

Shipping options- For customers who prefer another shipping method, we will add on any additional charges beyond the basic charges AS needed.

Environmental Concerns- We use recycled cardboard, foam and paper as often as possible as a part of our effort to save and protect the environment. We salvage boxes from our local school and other local businesses and residents. It's not always cost effective, but it does help the environment.

Customer satisfaction- We rarely have damages reported, but on those rare occasions when something goes wrong, we do everything we can to ensure our customers' satisfaction, even if it means replacing the entire order.

E-mail confirmation- When an order goes out, we e-mail customers with the tracking numbers so they are able to track their orders and anticipate delivery dates, so be sure to add your e-mail address when you place your order. ________________________________________
